Under The Skin is the quest that you get in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla after you have completed the missions Adorning the Adorned, Rowdy Raiders, and Of Blood and Gods. You need to talk to Sunniva to get started. When you talk to Sunniva you will find out that Vili does not want to become the Jarl and that Tyrgve wants to follow Hemming and sacrifice himself as part of the funeral. You will have to help in the decision-making process.

If you select the dialogue option “Snotinghamscire can’t lose another,” then you can choose the new Jarl. if you select the other option then you will not be able to do so. After this, you will have to fight off some invaders. You then have to follow Sunniva and get to a cave.
Head into the cave. When you take a right you will find a chest. The key to the chest is under the breakable ice near it. You will have to fight some invaders until you find Vili. After that, you will need to take care of some other enemies as you make your way inside the cave. In one of the rooms, there is a chest that you can find under the water. This is going to contain a book of knowledge that is going to unlock an ability.
Once you have taken care of all the invaders you can come out of the cave from the other side. You will then follow Vili to a place nearby and you will talk about the old days that they spent together.
