East Anglia is one of the regions that you can explore in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. It has plenty of side content including artifacts, mysteries, and wealth that you can discover. Mysteries

The following are the mysteries that you can uncover in East Anglia in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla:

Hallucination Challenge

Head over to the location marked on the map below:

Once you get to the location, you need to eat the Fly Agaric mushrooms that are on the ground.

This is going to start the hallucination challenge. The goal of the game is to enter the right door. First, you need to go through the door on the right. After that, you need to go through the door with the shields. Then pick the door in the middle. Once you have done that you will snap out of the hallucination and will have completed the challenge.

Offering Altar/Green Children Of Anglia

Head over to the location marked on the map below:

Once that the location, you need to pay a tribute in silver. After that, use your Odin sight to find tracks and follow the tracks to find who you are looking for. After the conversation climb up the ladder to the platform above and sit. You will then have a choice to pay or give food.

I felt sorry for the lot and paid them silver. I was rewarded with friendship and a necklace. Taking this route will complete two mysteries back to back and they are pretty close by.

Regan

Head over to the location marked on the map below:

Here you will find a hanging body. Interact with it to trigger the encounter.

You should not try to take her on early on in the game. The recommended power for the encounter is 160.

Thor The Fish Monger

Head over to the marker shown on the map below:

Talk to Thor to trigger the encounter. You should not try to take her on early on in the game. The recommended power for the encounter is 160.

The Wayward

Head over to the marker shown on the map below:

Talk to the little girl. After that you need to head over to her horse, ride it and bring it back to her. Stick around for some cool info.

Chadwick, Monger Of Gossip (Flyting Challenge)

Head over to the location marked on the map below:

Talk to Chadwick, Monger of Gossip to start the duel. Before the duel starts you will need to place a bet. The answers I selected to win are as follows:

  • Then you’re speaking to fools and their knowledge is flawed.
  • And They’re sorely mistaken, I’m known for my might.
  • Then you’ve clearly misheard them, my wit is immense.

As a reward, you get increased charisma. This can unlock certain dialogue choices in certain situations which can come in handy and at times save you some silver.

Edmund’s Arrows

Head over to the location marked on the map below:

This is close to Chadwick. It is in the longhouse next to him. Go inside and loot the arrows on the throne. This will trigger a conversation with a woman. You can then choose to keep the arrows or sell them to her. I chose to sell them to her and got some silver.

Freyja’s Friend

Head over to where the cursor is on the map.

Talk to the cat. Her owner is then going to come along and you will need to catch the cat. Follow the owner and interact with the cat. This is going to add the cat to your Viking crew and she will be present in your longship.

Tattoo Design

Head over to the marker shown on the map below:

You will find the mystery on a platform on the side of the building as shown in the image below:

Once you get near it you will notice that it is a piece of paper and it is going to try and get away from you. You need to traverse the rooftops and follow it. It is going to stop at the top of the longhouse and that is where you can pick it up as shown in the image below:

When you interact with the paper, it is going to unlock a tattoo design that you can check out at the tattoo shop back at your settlement.

Cursed Symbol

Head over to the marker shown on the map below:

This will take you to a place in the woods that is cursed. You will be prompted to destroy the source. The source is a red glowy object in the trees above you which you can see in the image below:

Shoot it with an arrow to complete the objective and mystery.

Tattoo Design (Hulders Mark Scheme For Arms)

Head over to the marker shown on the map below:

You will find the tattoo design as shown in the image below:

As you get close, it is going to fly away and you will have to chase it. It is going to stop near the river and that is where you can pick it up.

When you interact with the paper, it is going to unlock a tattoo design that you can check out at the tattoo shop back at your settlement.

Saga Page

Head over to the marker shown in the map below:

Heda into the longhouse and you will find moveable objects next to the throne. Move them out of the way so that you can head into the next room.

You will see a ladder leading up. You can destroy the wooden ceiling with an arrow.

Do that and head up and you will find the Saga page on the table.

There is some other loot in the room as well which is worth getting.

Cairn – East Cape Peak

Head over to the marked location on the map below:

Interact with the stones in order to start the challenge. You need to set the stone one on top of the other without them falling.

Validate and complete the challenge.

Roman Artifact

Head over to the market on the map below:

Get to this area and you will be ambushed by a few enemies. Take care of them.

You can then destroy the floor and go down.

Destroy the next wall.

Collect the mask from the statue.

Wealth

The following is the wealth that you can get in East Anglia in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla:

Hell Raiser

Head over to the yellow dot that is marked on the map below:

The area is an enemy camp so head in with caution as you might need to take out a few enemies depending on how you handle things. Kill the Hell Raiser enemy and loot the dead body to get the wealth that you are looking for. You will be rewarded with a Nickel Ingot, Titanium and Silver. The camp also has other loot which you should pick up too.

Book Of Knowledge (Ruined Tower)

Head over to the location marked on the map below:

The area is guarded so you might need to take out a few enemies. Once you are inside the tower you need to destroy the wooden floor.

Do that and then head on down. Now shoot the jars in order to destroy the wall.

Inside you will find the book of knowledge on the table. This will unlock the blinding rush ability. The tower also has a sync point which you can use to fast travel to the location in the future. So be sure to synchronize while you are here.

Scotthoh Farm

Close to the ruined tower is another wealth marker that you should also check out. The location is marked on the map below:

The area is guarded so you might have to take out a few enemies here if you are detected. The door to the building is locked and you will have to find a key. You can use your Odin sight to find the key. To get the key you need to destroy the top of the well.

Head down the well to find the key and then come back up to unlock the door of the building. Loot the chest inside the building to get a Nickel Ingot and Titanium.

Head into the bigger ruined building and climb up to the upper platform.

This is where you will find the book of knowledge.

Getting the book will unlock the Axe Blizzard ability.

Statue Under The Church

Right next to the bigger building is a smaller one. Head on inside and go down. Head on through the crack in the wall. Keep heading forward and going down. After a while, you will come across a ladder to your right.

Take the leader up, drop down into the next area, and progress forward. This will lead you into a chamber with a statue in the middle.

Interact with the statue and you will learn that there are three objects that need to be fitted into the statue.

The three objects that you need to place in the statue are daggers that you get from beating the 3 Daughters of Lerion. Doing so will get you Thor’s helmet.

Carolingian Longsword

Head over to the marker shown on the map below:

The location is an enemy camp so you might need to kill some enemies. I opted to destroy a jar to trigger an explosion that created a distraction and allowed me to loot without attracting any attention to myself.

You will find the chest in the tent shown below:

Loot it to get the Carolingian Longsword.
