Fallout 76: Wastelanders Leather Farming Guide

The newly released Wastelanders DLC of fallout 76 contains an objective for you to make a specific armor. Assuming you’ve played the main game and are now moving onto the DLC, you are familiar with the game’s crafting. Hence we will cover how to farm efficiently for leather, which is required for crafting the armor you need. In this Fallout 76 guide, we are going to go over how you can farm leather in the new Wastelanders DLC.

Once you start the DLC, you will find yourself feeling outmatched by the opponents. Which is all the more reason to craft this armor. To do so you are going to need some supplies. the main supply as you’ve guessed by now is leather.

Fallout 76: Wastelanders Leather Farming

The best source of this leather is the cow with two heads, named the Brahmin. It can be found all over the world. However just one or two won’t be enough, hence you need to make your way over to the Flatwoods. here you will find a whole group of Brahmin, whom you can farm for leather. This leather that you’ve just farmed will enable you to make the weapons you need at the beginning.

If you feel the need to farm even more leather, then you can always come back to this spot again. The Brahmin will respawn within a few hours right after you kill them.

Killing them is pretty easy, any weapon works and they don’t have all that much health. A few hits from a melee weapon will also do the trick.

You can craft the armor and weapons by using the workbench, first, however, you will need to make leather from the items you gathered from the Brahmin. All you need to do is scrap the materials you looted from the cows and you will be able to craft leather.

That is all for our Fallout 76 Wastelanders Leather Farming guide. If you are interested in learning more about the game then you can check out our guide on how you can get the Chinese Stealth Armor.
