To acquire The Scalpel iconic Katana, players need to complete the Big In Japan mission. Go to the Afterlife and talk to the man hanging near Rogue’s booth. The man will ask players if they are interested in a job.
This will start the Big In Japan mission. Go down the docks in Kabuki and grab the package in the container with “No Future” written on it. The container is in the building at the end of the dock area.
Open the container there will be a man inside it. Carry this man through the docks while avoiding Tygers who are looking for him. Avoid the Tygers and get to the car and put the man in the trunk. Get in the car and follow the objective marker to the man who offered you the job. The man will play you with The Scalpel Iconic Katana.
