Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree has 39 new Talisman. 12 are in Gravesite Plains and 13 are found in Scadu Atlus region of Shadow of the Erdtree.

Verdigris Discus
To find the Verdigris Discus, use the imbued stone key to unlock a waygate that transports you to the Ancient Rauh Ruins. Head northeast from there to locate the talisman in front of a statue. This talisman raises your defense with higher equipment load.
Arrow’s Soaring Sting Talisman
Starting at the Highroad Cross Site of Grace, head west until you reach the river’s edge. Follow the coast of the river until you reach the Scadu Atlus, West Site of Grace. Drop down the ledges to the Fog Rift Castle and progress until you defeat Black Knight Gerrew outside the tallest tower. On the left side of the tower, there’s a small gap between the cliff and the building. Go through the gap and follow the path to the top of the tower to grab the talisman. This talisman increases the effective range of bows and raises the attack power of arrows and bolts.
Smithing Talisman
In the Ruined Forge of Starfall Past, enter a room where a rock golem is petting a lava tear. Head up the ramp and through the door to find a corpse on your left holding the talisman. The Smithing Talisman enhances weapon-throwing attacks.
Shattered Stone Talisman
From the Moorth Ruins Site of Grace, head east under the archway and enter the door of the sunken building ahead. The talisman is located on the rubble behind the building. The Shattered Stone Talisman raises the potency of kicking and stomping skills.
Flamedrake Talisman +3
From the entrance of Fort Reprimand, head down the stairs on the right and enter the door on your left. Proceed through the door on your left, turn the corner on your right, and navigate the maze of cages to find a chest containing the talisman. This talisman boosts fire damage negation by the utmost.
Talisman of Lord’s Bestowal
Starting at the Main Gate Plaza Site of Grace in Shadow Keep, enter the northwestern door and head up the stairs. Go up the ramp and enter the first door on your right. Jump out of the window to find the talisman beside the golden tree. The Talisman of Lord’s Bestowal increases poise after using a flask of tears.
Boltdrake Talisman +3
Head to the second floor of the Species Storehouse in Shadow Keep and follow the inner ring path to the right. When you find a Shadow Undead casting a fireball spell from a higher floor, jump over the railing to the outer ring. You’ll land in a new room with the talisman inside. This talisman boosts lightning damage negation by the utmost.
Pearldrake Talisman +3
After pulling the lever that moves platforms and statues in the Species Storehouse, head to the third floor to find a Fire Knight facing the center of the storehouse. Turn to their right to find a path leading to the talisman hanging from the statue’s hair. The Pearldrake Talisman +3 boosts non-physical damage negation by the utmost.
Beloved Stardust
After sounding the first hanging bell at the Finger Ruins of Rhia, return to Count Ymir at the Cathedral of Manus Metyr to receive this talisman. The Beloved Stardust talisman shortens casting speed for sorcery and incantations by the utmost, but increases damage taken.
Talisman of the Dread
The Talisman of the Dread is found at Elder’s Hovel by the spiritspring leading to the Behind the Fort of Reprimand Site of Grace. This talisman raises the potency of magma.
Viridian Amber Medallion +3
After pulling the first lever to light up the room in the Darklight Catacombs, turn back and go around the corner on your right to find the lit room. Hop over the railing and drop into the hole to find a chest with the talisman. The Viridian Amber Medallion +3 boosts maximum stamina by the utmost.
Sharpshot Talisman
The Sharpshot Talisman is found in the Albinauric’s Shack, which is unlocked after defeating the boss beside the Shadow Keep, Back Gate Site of Grace. This talisman boosts the attack power of precision-aimed shots.
Cerulean Seed Talisman +1
Sound the second hanging bell at the Finger Ruins of Dheo during the Cathedral of Manus Metyr questline to acquire the Cerulean Seed Talisman +1. This talisman greatly boosts FP restoration from the Flask of Cerulean Tears.
