Talismans are pieces of equipment in Elden Ring that boost your character’s attributes, abilities, and overall playstyle. The Shadow of the Erdtree DLC introduces 39 new talismans, which further improve damage and damage negation.

Located in a chest at the summit of the Scorched Ruins. The Blade of Mercy increases attack power after each critical hit.
Ailment Talisman
Found on a corpse situated on a wooden platform at the northeastern edge of the Abandoned Ailing Village. Ailment Talisman boosts resistance to the last ailment your character suffered.
Outer God Heirloom
Found in a chest at the highest point of Prospect Town. Outer God Heirloom boosts arcane.
Blessed Blue Dew Talisman
Found in front of the Statue of Marika within the Church of Benediction. Use it to gradually restores FP.
Crusade Insignia
Obtain by defeating Fire Knight Queelign in Belurat, or later at the Church of the Crusade. This Talisman helps increase attack power after defeating an enemy.
Immunizing Horn Charm +2
Dropped by Ulcerated Tree Spirit on the eastern outskirts of Belurat. Immunizing Horn Charm will significantly boosts immunity.
Dried Bouquet
From Miquella’s Cross in Belurat, exit through the door on the right and make an immediate left to find a chest containing the talisman. It will increase attack power when a summoned spirit dies.
Enraged Divine Beast
Trade the Remembrance of the Dancing Lion to Enia at the Roundtable Hold to receive this talisman. Enraged Divine Beast will increase the power of storms.
Spellsdrake Talisman +3
Starting from the Castle Front Site of Grace, head northwest and go beneath the bridge. Follow the path and leap across to the room containing the talisman. The talisman maximizes magic damage negation.
Rellana’s Cameo
Positioned on top of an altar right after battling Moonrithyll, Carian Knight in Castle Ensis. Rellana’s Cameo boosts attack power for a duration after maintaining the same stance.
Crimson Amber Medallion +3
Defeat the Death Knight inside the Fog Rift Catacombs to get this talisman. This is your way to increase the maximum HP.
Two-Headed Turtle Talisman
From the Ellac River Cave Site of Grace, proceed north to the waterfall. The talisman is found on a corpse hidden behind the waterfall. Use this talisman to increase stamina recovery speed.
