When you have visited a Site of Grace and sat there, this site’s icon would appear on the map. The icon for the sites of Grace is yellow-golden like icons. So, when you are out of any trouble, just go to the map for fast travel. After being on the map just point to any icon that you want to fast travel to.
After hovering the cursor on the desired icon, just click that icon and select fast travel to fly to that location. You should keep in mind that the only times you can’t fast travel would be when you are engaged in combat. Another time that you cannot fast travel is when you are inside a dungeon that is not yet completed.
When you open the map there would be red lines on the golden icons that mean that fast travel is not currently available. This happens when you are in a cave, or dungeon, or in a quest that has not yet been completed.
