Before you can face Sarevok Anchev, the key antagonist for this quest, you must acquire the Bag of Hands. This item is obtained by defeating and looting Dolor, a local serial killer. Dolor is significant because he possesses crucial information about a secret passcode required to access the boss location. Dolor can be found by completing local missions in the city during Act-III.

With the Bag of Hands and the passcode at hand, your next objective is to find Sarevok Anchev. He is situated in the Canduhallow Tombstones. Inside, locate a painting to the right of the entrance on the first floor, remove it to reveal a button, and then use the secret code ‘Sicarius’, which you would have obtained from Dolor’s note, at the opposite door.

Upon entering the Bhaalist Crypt, follow a linear path, constantly turning right, until you reach a wooden door. Here, you’ll encounter a guard known as That Which Guards. To pass, you’ll need to offer the Bag of Hands. Once past the guard, you’ll enter the Murder Tribunal.

In the Murder Tribunal, you’ll meet Sarevok Anchev. He may offer you to join the Bhaal, but to get the Sword of Chaos, initiate a fight with him. Once you defeat Sarevok and his followers, loot his body to acquire various valuable items, including the Sword of Chaos.
