The Ritualist is the newest archetype in Remnant 2 — released as a part of The Awakened King expansion. This archetype is all about inflicting multiple Status Effects on the targets for various benefits such as dealing increased damage, decreasing enemy damage, providing CC, etc. In this guide, we have detailed everything you need to know about unlocking The Ritualist, its Perks, Skills, and Traits in Remnant 2 — The Awakened King.
Remnant 2 — The Awakened King The Ritualist
In order to acquire The Ritualist, you will first need to get the Ragged Poppet. Once done, you will need to carry it to Wallace at Dock-13 where you will get the Cursed Effigy Engram. Similar to other archetypes in Remnant 2, you should be able to slot in this Cursed Effigy Engram to unlock The Ritualist. However, how you actually get the Ragged Poppet is not known as of now. We will update the guide as soon as the information becomes available.
Once you have acquired it, there are a lot of good synergies you can use to your advantage. For instance, you can use Handler for increased Bleed effect or Engineer to constantly apply Burn with your turret. You should also be able to use Energized Neck Coil which increases Status Effect damage by 25%.
The Ritualist Perks

| Vile | Prime Perk | Whenever you apply a negative Status Effect as The Ritualist, you also inflict Infected. This causes the enemies to receive increased Status Effect damage. Furthermore, defeated enemies spread all the Status Ailments to nearby enemies. |
| Wrath | Damage Perk | This increases all damage dealt to enemies affected by a negative Status Effect. |
| Terrify | Team Perk | Whenever you defeat an enemy, it applies Terrified to all nearby enemies. Terrified causes enemies to deal less damage to you. |
| Dark Blood | Utility Perk | This decreases the damae received by Status Ailments like Bleed, Burn, etc. |
| Purge | Relic Perk | Using any Relic removes all Status Ailments on you. |
The Ritualist Skills
| Skills | Explanation |
| Eruption | It creates a 1m explosion for 150 damage on all enemies within a 15m radius. You can also increase Explosion Radius as well as Explosion Damage by 100% of each unique Status Effect on the enemies. Furthermore, it refreshes all current Status Effects on the target. |
| Miasma | It casts an AoE burst that applies Bleed, Burn, Overload, and Corrode to all nearby enemies within a 15m radius. It lasts for 11 seconds and deals 1500 base damage. |
| Death Wish | You negate all the healing done to yourself. Drain HP 300% over 20 seconds. It increases all damage by 35% and provides 10% Base Damage as Lifesteal. |
The Ritualist Trait
The unique Archetype Trait for The Ritualist is called Affliction which increases Status Effect Duration. At max level, you will get 100% Status Effect Duration which is a lot.
