Apart from the main bosses you need to beat to progress in Elden Ring, there are a couple of optional bosses you can also find in the open world. The Fallingstar Beast is one such optional boss that you can find at the end of the Sellia Crystal Tunnel. In this Elden Ring guide, we will go over how you can cheese the Fallingstar Beast.
Elden Ring Fallingstar Beast Cheese Build
There are a couple of different Fallingstar Beast optional bosses that you can take on in Elden Ring, and this strategy can work on all of them.
Weapon | Sword of Night and Flame |
Spirit Summon | Marionette Soldiers Mimic Tear |
Armor | Spellblade Set |
Talismans | Carian Filigreed Crest Graven-School Talisman Graven-Mass Talisman Marika’s Soreseal (Optional) Soreseal (Optional) Shabriri’s Woe (Optional) |
Recommended Weapon And Armor
Sword of Night and Flame can take out the Fallingstar Beast from a distance with its Night Comet sorcery attack. It requires 12 Strength, 12 Dexterity, 24 Intelligence, and 24 Faith, so it is not a weapon you can use early on unless you have farmed numerous levels early on. We also recommend the Spellblade set since it increases the damage of Night Comet attack by 2% per armor piece.
Recommended Spirit Summon And Talismans
We recommend going with the Marionette Soldiers, but if you have the Mimic Tear, then that is even better. As for the Talismans, Carian Filigreed Crest reduces the FP cost of the Night-And-Flame-Stance by 25%. While Graven-School Talisman and Graven-Mass Talisman increase the damage of your sorceries.
If you are having trouble meeting the stat requirements of Sword of Night and Flame, then you can use talismans such as Marika’s Soreseal or Soreseal to boost your stats, but these also increase the damage that you take.
How To Cheese Fallingstar Beast In Elden Ring
Once the encounter starts, you need to summon your spirit and have it attack the boss. Once the spirit has the aggro, you can use the Night Comet attack of the Sword of Night and Flame. You can then simply spam the attack until the boss is dead. You want the boss to charge at the spirit so that you remain safe during the encounter.
If you have trouble keeping aggro off you and have the Mimic Tear, then you can equip Shabriri’s Woe and then take it off once the encounter starts. So that the Mimic Tear still has Shabriri’s Woe and aggros the boss.
