Diablo 4 Season 3 or Season of the Construct features a new mechanic involving Seneschal Stones that you can slot into your Seneschal Construct. The Seneschal Construct can be unlocked by simply progressing through the seasonal questline. Once you have it unlocked you will need to get additional Seneschal Stones to make the most of the new mechanic. In this Diablo 4 guide, I go over how you can get additional Seneschal Stones for the Seneschal Construct in Season 3.
Diablo 4: How To Get More Seneschal Stones (Season 3)
You can get Seneschal Stones in Diablo 4 Season 3 in several ways. You can progress the storyline, complete vaults, and farm the new overworld activity (Arcane Tremors) get get more Seneschal Stones. Furthermore, you can defeat the Uber Malphas boss, to get a chance to drop Uber Unique Tuning Stones.
How To Complete Arcane Tremors Activity
You can get Seneschal Stones by completing the Arcane Tremors activity. This is marked by the green leaf symbol which is used to mark seasonal content.
To complete the activity you will first need to interact with Obelisks. These come in various forms including fire, ice, and eclectic. These are essentially traps that will damage you. You will need to find an opening in the attacks and then interact with the Obelisk. When you do that enemies will spawn and you need to kill them. Doing this will reward you with an elemental core. You will also need shattered stone but since this is a common resource that drops from pretty much everything, you should have plenty of it.
Once you have a couple of elemental cores you need to combine them with shattered stone at a voltaic brazier. Both the obelisks and braziers will be marked on the map once you enter into the Arcane Tremors activity.
Activating the brazier will summon enemies including an elite (Herald of Melphas). Defeat the elite to drop Seneschal Stones.
In summary:
- Interact with obelisks to get elemental cores
- Deposit elemental cores and shattered stones in voltaic braziers
- Defeat elite
Crafting Governing And Tuning Stones
As you progress through the new season and complete different activities, you will accumulate Shattered Stones. You can combine these with other resources at the Jeweler to get the Uncertain Seneschal Stone Cache. Opening one of these will reward you with a Governing Stone or Tuning Stone.
