Speak with Scribe Valdez at Fort Atlas who tells you about the mysterious disappearance of Marcia somewhere around the Foundation. Speak with Marcia’s brother max who then guides to Marcia’s best friend, Ramirez.
The first piece of information you get is regarding the Raiders War Party. Visit the Crater where you will find Marcia but she is not willing to come back home to the Brotherhood. Using +12 Perception you can tell her that Sheena and Burke are missing from the raider’s camp.
Marcia tells you that Sheena and Burke went to the AMS HQ which means your next objective is to go after them. Head over to the AMS HQ with Marcia and defeat the enemies. Take the elevator to the third floor and kill enemies there as well. Follow the quest marker to reach Dove Necklace that belongs to Burke.
Follow the next objective marker to reach the dead body of a raider on the upper floor. The body belongs to a raider that went with Sheena and Burke. Follow the next marker to recover a note written by Sheena.
On the next floor, you will find a locker door but use the nearby terminal to open it. Head upstairs and kill the enemies there. Kit will then come out of the locked room. Take care of Kit and get the Blue Ridge Delivers Again from his body.
You now know the location of Sheena and Burke. Enter Kit’s room and get the basement key where you will find Sheena and Burke inside a holding cell. There are enemies in the area so kill them before you release the prisoners.
