The third and final method of obtaining Stormbringer Cookie is trying your luck in regular event gacha. It’s the least efficient way due to very low success rates. Specifically, each attempt gives you only a 0.038% chance to get Stormbringer Cookie and a 0.216% chance to get its soulstone.
