How to Solve the Ethereal Manor Puzzle in Remnant 2: The Awakened King?

Similar to base game, there are a few puzzles in Remnant 2: The Awakened King that can be a little confusing. One such puzzle appears in the Ethereal Manor that requires you to navigate through the area by choosing the correct doors. This guide will help you easily complete the Ethereal Manor puzzle in Remnant 2: The Awakened King.

Remnant 2: The Awakened King Ethereal Manor Puzzle

The first thing that you will need to do is to actually find the Ethereal Manor. From what we have seen so far, there are only two areas through which you can enter the Ethereal Manor i.e. Sunken Haunt and Derelict Lighthouse. Once you are in one of these locations, you will need to approach the Dran sitting on a chair to start the puzzle.

You will find a total of five rooms in the Ethereal Manor — one room contains the item you need while the remaining four has a Dran NPC who will restart the puzzle. In order to solve the puzzle, you will need to navigate the manor by opening the correct doors, avoiding the NPC who resets the entire thing. So how do you know which doors to open?

It is pretty simple. Before opening a door, peek through the window to check if there an orange glow inside — it confirms that there is a Quest Item inside. If you do not see an orange glow, it means you are at the incorrect door. Alternatively, if you have the Explorer archetype at Level 10, you should be able to use the Fortune Hunter to highlight the item, making it exponentially easier to complete. After each correct door, you will notice that the Talisman will begin to get bloodier.

1st DoorStrange Talisman
2nd DoorBloody Talisman
3rd DoorBloody Talisman
4th DoorBloody Talisman
5th DoorDeath-Soaked Talisman

As long as you are careful enough, you should have no issues with it.

Rewards

There are a couple of rewards that you can get for solving the Ethereal Manor puzzle.

Death-Soaked IdolIt increases all damage by 5% for each entity within 20m having a negative Status Effect, can have a maximum of 5 stacks.
Crimson DreamstoneCrits. Increases the Skill Damage by 1% for 10 seconds, can have a maximum of 15 stacks.

However, to obtain the Crimson Dreamstone, you will need to use Liquid Escape during the puzzle which is why it is not possible to get both the items in a single run.

We hope this helped you solve the Ethereal Manor puzzle in Remnant 2: The Awakened King DLC. If there is anything else that you would like to add, be sure to let us know in the comments down below!
