Fallout London, just like Fallout 4, has some great settlement locations where you can build your base. So far, I am able to find 6 settlement locations and I think there aren’t any more locations to find but if there are, I will update this guide accordingly.
Anyways… settlements allow you to build yourself some housing, recruit settlers but the best part of a settlement, at least for me, will always be the ability to store a ton of loot.
Note: You can use console commands and cheat codes to spawn items that can help you build your settlements.
Biggin Hill Airport Settlement
The airport is to the far southeast of London, outside the city. It’s east of a place called Croydon and Brickton, and south of Lewisham. There’s a big crack in the ground separating it from Bromley.
Reaching the airport is hard because it’s so isolated and far away from the city.
To use the settlement’s workshop, you need to help out a druid leader named Gordo (or Gordon) with some tasks.
This is a long quest with two parts:
- Clearing out a Dryad nest to the west of the airport
- Exploring a hidden bunker under a place called the Bromley Pindar
After finishing the quest, wait a couple days and Gordo will make you the Head Druid, giving you some control over the settlement.
Even as Head Druid, you can only build in a small area around the workshop shack on the north side. You can’t change other parts of the airport like the windmill, farm, or livestock hangar.
You can still use the airport’s resources and loot stuff from the interior, like the baggage claim area and chapel.
Tennis Museum Settlement
The Tennis Museum is located in the southwestern part of Fallout London. You can find it by going southwest of Wimbledon Park Lake and south of the Chain Home Radar.
The settlement has a lot of fenced-off tennis courts. You can turn these courts into homes or other useful areas, giving you plenty of space to build.
There are several bleachers around the tennis courts. These can be used for defense.
The main stands hold the museum where the workstation can be found. This area has two levels and has plenty of space, but it’s empty inside, so you can customize it however you like.
London Bridge Settlement
The settlement is on London Bridge, right in the middle of London. You can find it between two docks; the Submarine Dock to the south and the Ferryman’s Dock to the north.
The London Bright is controlled by a guy named Beefy and he charges people 10 tickets to cross the bridge but Beefy is running a scam here.
You can confront Beefy about his scam using your Charisma (how charming you are) and Intelligence (how smart you are). If you succeed, he’ll admit the truth.
After you figure out Beefy’s scam, he’ll ask you to help him by defeating his old friends, the Beefeaters, who are cannibals. They are located at three places nearby: Tower Hill Station, Tobacco Dock, and Tower Bridge.
Once you have the settlement in your control you can start building defenses. It is easy to guard because there are only two entry points on the London Bridge settlement.
Besides Beefy, there are six other settlers who can help protect the settlement. There are some shacks and a small generator already in place, which gives you a good start.
You can build both above and below the bridge. There’s scaffolding underneath that lets you create a base in creative ways. This means you can design your settlement however you like.
Vauxhall Grove Construction Site Settlement
The Vauxhall Grove Construction Site has a ton of supplies, tools, and things you can fix up and use. This makes it easy to find what you need to build stuff.
The construction site has a lot of flat ground from the old buildings. The Vauxhall Grove is close to other settlements like Lambeth Walk and the US Embassy.
The settlement is huge and has a lot of open space. This is good because you can build whatever you want. But it also has some problems such as the fence around the settlement has a lot of holes in it so creatures and human enemies have an entry point.
However, you can fix the holes, so the holes are not a permanent problem.
Also, you will notice some wet areas near the settlement where bugs like Bloatflies and Bloodbugs can find a home, and eventually find your home.
Lambeth Walk Settlement
The Lambeth Walk is a small and it’s situated in a park-like area on the southern bank of the Thames River, offering a view of the London Eye ferris wheel to the north.
The settlement is right behind the British Lion HQ and close to St Peter’s Church. This location is a mix of urban and green spaces. It also has a parking lot with some abandoned cars and a garden area with a tiny pond.
There’s a metal shack equipped with an Armour Workbench for gear modifications, a fridge for food storage, and a bed for resting.
If you need more space, there is also a ruined building nearby that can be renovated and customized. The layout of the Lambeth Walk makes it relatively easy to defend.
The settlement’s walls can be fortified and there are limited access points; a small ramp to the north leading to a Hooligan-infested car park, some ruined buildings to the east where the main workstation is located, and a parking lot entrance to the south.
The Lambeth Walk is easy to claim after you take down the Radger in the area.
Covent Garden Settlement
Covent Garden is an outdoor plaza located in the northwest part of Fallout London. It’s across the river from Waterloo Bridge and east of Trafalgar Square.
To get to this settlement you need to cross the Waterloo Bridge and following a path to find the entry point.
There are a group of Hooligans in the area so you must get rid of them before this settlement can be claimed.
Covent Garden is a big open space with a plaza in the middle. There are rows of small, ruined shops and buildings where you can find the Settlement Workstation, which is important for building.
There are also some flooded areas (moats) around the shops and on the edges of the settlement, there are two wooden defensive shacks in the northeast and southeast corners. Both of these shacks can help set up defenses for the settlements.
In one of the wooden shacks, you can find a collectible record called “I’ve Wandered the Wastes.”
