Proctor Teagan is a key merchant and quartermaster for the Brotherhood of Steel in Fallout 4.
Proctor Teagan can be found on the Prydwen, the Brotherhood of Steel’s airship. The Prydwen becomes accessible after you progress through the main storyline and complete the quest “Reunions.”
After completing “Reunions,” a Brotherhood of Steel airship will arrive in the Commonwealth. Head to the Boston Airport to board the Prydwen.
Once on the Prydwen, Teagan’s store is located towards the back of the main deck. He can usually be found in a cage-like structure to ensure security for the Brotherhood’s supplies.
Approach Teagan and interact with him to access his inventory and shop.
Proctor Teagan offers a variety of items, including weapons, armor, and other supplies that are crucial for players aligned with the Brotherhood of Steel.
