Once inside the Town Hall, locate the stairs leading to the basement. Be prepared to face some ghouls in this area. Navigate through the basement to find a door leading to the “Treasures of Jamaica Plain” exhibit. This area is locked and requires a key to access.
The key to the exhibit can be found on a corpse in the room next to the door or in the nearby Mayor’s Office. Collect the key and return to the door.
Use the key to unlock the door and enter the exhibit. Inside, you’ll find various items, including the 2076 World Series Baseball Bat displayed prominently.
