Elden Ring: Where to Get the Cinquedea Dagger?

Cinquedea in Elden Ring is a Dagger that scales with both Str/Dex with little to no requirements. It’s an excellent choice for short-range melee builds, especially for pure-Strength and Strength/Faith hybrid.

This is because it boosts Bestial Incantations’ damage by 10%. It has got Quickstep that should allow you to reposition in the battle. However, since it is fairly well-hidden, getting it can be a little tough. In this Elden Ring guide, we have detailed all there is to know about how to get Cinquedea.

Elden Ring Cinquedea Location

To get Cinquedea, head over to the Bestial Sanctum located in northern Caelid’s Dragonburrow. You will need to travel from Smoldering Church to Caelem Ruins. Alternatively, you can get there through a Sending Gate behind the Third Church of Marika.

Once there, begin on the western cliffside using giant roots area and continue to drop down different platforms. Remember that you can use Rainbow Stones to stay safe.

how to reach Cinquedea Dagger

After getting to the bottom, you will reach a to a balcony with a rat statue — there should be Cinquedea and Dragoncrest Shield Talisman there. It is the same area that can be accessed during D, Hunter of the Dead questline.

Once acquired, remember that Cinquedea cannot be infused with Ashes of War and is only upgradable using Somber Smithing Stones.

You can also pair it with the Clawmark Seal to improve the damage of Bestial Incantations even further.

It can be a little tough to get the jumps down but doing so with Torrent can make it slightly easier. Below, we have provided a brief video detailing the location of Cinquedea:

Lastly, once upgraded to +10, it gets a B scaling in Strength and a D scaling in Dexterity.
