The Perfumed Oil of Ranah is found on a small island to the east of the Cerulean Coast. To reach this island, you must go through an underground tunnel passage located near the southern part of the Cerulean Coast, close to the Cerulean Coast West Site of Grace.
The other end of the tunnel is the small island that has the Perfumed Oil Ranah.
Perfumed Oil of Ranah is a tool that consumes FP to spout flames forward. This can be particularly useful in combat for dealing damage over a wide area or setting enemies ablaze, making it a valuable item for crowd control or dealing with groups of enemies.
- Start at Cerulean Coast West Site of Grace: Head southeast toward the southern tip of the Cerulean Coast.
- Locate the Cave Entrance: Near the coast, find the entrance to an underground cave passage.
- Navigate the tunnel: Proceed through the cave, dealing with any enemies you encounter along the way.
- Find the Island: Exit the cave on the small island and search the area for a corpse holding the Perfumed Oil of Ranah.
