In Fallout London you can either recruit Pendragon or John Smith because they both belong to opposing factions. I discussed this in my John Smith recruitment guide as well.
To recruit Pendragon as a companion in Fallout London, you must align yourself with the Camelot faction during your playthrough.
How To Recruit Pendragon In Fallout London
Keep playing the main story of Fallout London and reach a point of the story where you have to choose a faction to align with including Camelot and the Fifth Column.
The Fifth Column is the faction of John Smith so if you choose this faction, you won’t be able to recruit Pendragon.
So, side with Camelot if you want to recruit Pendragon but keep in mind that you won’t be able to recruit John Smith in that case.
After aligning with Camelot and progressing far enough in their questline, you will have the opportunity to meet Pendragon. He is typically found within Camelot’s territory, so explore the area to locate him.
Once you find Pendragon, initiate a conversation with him. He will express interest in joining you as a companion. Accept his offer to recruit him.
