Elden Ring’s Shadow of the Erdtree expansion introduces many hidden paths and secret areas for players to explore. One such hidden gem is the small island located south of the Cerulean Coast.
How to access the island south of Cerulean Coast in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree
To reach the island south of Cerulean Coast in Shadow of the Erdtree, you need to use an underground passage. Begin your journey at the Cerulean Coast West Site of Grace.
From there, head southeast toward the dying tree visible in the distance, keeping to the right as you approach.
As you near the tree, you’ll notice a path descending toward the coast just before reaching the tree itself. Follow this downward path until you find a cavern entrance at the bottom. Carefully jump into the cavern to continue.
Once inside the cavern, proceed east past a few enemies to find a Great Grave Glovewort. After collecting this item, return to the cavern and exit through the other passage. This will lead you to the small island you’ve been seeking.
Upon reaching the island, climb to the top to discover the Perfumed Oil of Ranah. This valuable item can be a great addition to your collection.
Cross the water to explore another island nearby. Here, you’ll find the Southern Nameless Mausoleum. Inside, prepare for a challenging encounter with the Dancer of Ranah.
Defeating this guy will reward you with the Dancer’s Armor Set, which increases dancer attacks, and the Dancing Blade of Ranah, a unique but somewhat underwhelming curved sword.
