Blackgaol Knight is probably the biggest annoyance in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree. Dude doesn’t give up and I think collectively we can agree that he is tougher than he deserves to be.
His attack patterns are easy to predict but the damage is so much that you don’t survive more than a couple of hits. Hence, I was waiting to get my hands on a cheese method to teach Blackgaol Knight a lesson; you don’t mess with an Elden Lord.
How To Cheese Blackgaol Knight In Shadow of the Erdtree
For this cheese method we need a particular Ash of War known as the Giant Hunt. To get this Giant Hunt Ash of War you need to beat the world boss in Liurnia, Night’s Cavalry, between Bellum Church and East Raya Lucaria Gate sites of grace. He only appears at night.
Now for the cheesing of Blackgaol Knight. The process is simple, we are going to throw him down and never let him get back up.
The key to this cheese method is the initial knockdown of the Blackgaol Knight. As soon as you enter the boss arena, run toward the Knight before he has a chance to get his bearing.
And then… we cheese him:
Do not let him get back on his feet and keep repeating the process until Blackgaol Knight is beaten. To be honest cheesing Blackgaol Knight is a lot simpler compared to Logur the Beast Claw.
