Logur the Beast Claw is an optional boss, but you should go after him to get the Beast Claws aka Wolverine Claws in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree.
How To Cheese Logur the Beast Claw
Start at the first Site of Grace in the Shadow Realm and head towards Logur’s location. Climb onto a stack of rocks that overlook a cliff where Logur will approach. You need to lure Logur toward the cliff. Here is the cliff you need to be standing on.
Logur the Beast Claw won’t immediately follow you up the cliff.
Cast Rotten Breath at Logur from your elevated position, holding the spell button for a full dose twice to inflict Scarlet Rot.
This will cause his HP to gradually decrease. If Logur starts climbing up the rocks, jump off and reposition yourself.
Logur will fall off the rocks, allowing you to climb back up and repeat the process. Continue casting Rotten Breath until his health is completely depleted.
You can keep casting Rotten Breath to speed up the process if desired. So basically, to cheese Logur the Beast Claw in Shadow of the Erdtree you need to stand on an elevated position and cast Rotten Breath until he’s…cheese.
