Miquella’s Great Rune is a tool you can find in Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. You can use it to resist charms and the best part about it is that it’s reusable.

Elden Ring Miquella’s Great Rune Use
Miquella’s Great Rune is unique among Great Runes in Elden Ring. Instead of being a Key Item, it functions as a reusable tool. Its primary effect is to remove the charm status inflicted by certain enemies, notably during the battle with Radahn, Consort of Miquella.
If Radahn grabs you, it applies a glowing symbol to your head. A second grab will result in an automatic game over with a “HEART STOLEN” message. Using Miquella’s Great Rune after the first grab removes the glowing symbol, preventing the fatal second grab.
The Great Rune can be used multiple times during the fight.
Unlike other Great Runes, Miquella’s Great Rune is active by default and does not require activation at a Divine Tower.
