Rauh Ruins has 5 Talismans for you which is more than you get in Southern Shores region but a lot less than what you can find in Gravesite Plains and Scadu Atlus.

Two-Handed Sword Talisman
The Two-Handed Sword Talisman can be found in a chest at the top of the Temple Town Ruins. This talisman will increase the attacks performed with two-handed weapons, making it a must-have for melee-focused builds.
Cerulean Amber Medallion +3
To get the Cerulean Amber Medallion +3, defeat the Death Knight at the end of the Scorpion River Catacombs. This talisman significantly boosts your maximum FP.
Fine Crucible Feather Talisman
After dropping onto your first spiritspring inside the ruins, head northwest and turn right at the end of the corridor. Climb up the large vines to find the Fine Crucible Feather Talisman. This talisman improves your backstep maneuver but increases the damage you take.
Mottled Necklace +2
To find the Mottled Necklace +2, teleport to the Church of the Bud, Main Entrance Site of Grace, and hop on your trusty steed, Torrent. Jump over to the stone gazebo and drop to the ground below. Hug the northern wall to find a sealed spiritspring.
Break the rocks with a melee attack, drop to the newly opened spiritspring below, and use it to reach higher ground. Open the chest at the top of the stairs to get the talisman.
This talisman greatly increases your robustness, immunity, and focus, offering balanced defensive boosts.
Talisman of All Crucibles
Start at the Ancient Ruins, Grand Starway Site of Grace, and head southwest to the elevator. Ride the elevator down and spot the broken pathways in front of you.
Follow and jump along the left-most pathway until you reach land. Hug the wall to find a hole in the wall, which has a path that leads to a chest containing the Talisman of All Crucibles.
This talisman grants the effects of all crucible talismans, providing a wide array of benefits.
